Aurorador’s online ordering experience is designed to make every step of your creative journey— from selecting your piece to receiving it—clear, secure, and effortless. This guide walks you through the complete process, from placing an order to final delivery and completion.

1. Placing an Online Order

1.1 Browse and select your creation

Begin by exploring the creation you wish to purchase. You may reach this page from:

  • A scene (Solutions)
  • A medium (Creations / Works Medium)
  • A recommended item
  • A direct product page

Review the available styles, options, and customization choices before proceeding.

1.2 Customize your creation

Depending on the item, you may be asked to:

  • Choose size, color, or material
  • Upload photos or files
  • Add names, dates, or messages
  • Select packaging or display options

All selections are clearly displayed for review before you continue.

1.3 Add to cart

Once your configuration is complete, click Add to Cart. You may continue browsing or proceed directly to checkout.

2. Checkout Process

2.1 Sign in or continue as a member

At checkout, you can:

  • Log in to your membership account
  • Create a new account
  • Or proceed as a guest (if enabled)

Members enjoy faster checkout with saved addresses and payment methods.

2.2 Enter shipping information

Provide the delivery details:

  • Recipient name
  • Full address
  • Contact phone number
  • Optional delivery notes

Members may select from previously saved addresses.

2.3 Choose payment method

Select your preferred payment option. Members may use saved cards for a faster checkout experience.

2.4 Review and confirm

Before placing your order, you will see:

  • Item details
  • Customization summary
  • Quantity
  • Price and discounts
  • Shipping cost
  • Estimated delivery time

Once everything is correct, click Place Order.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order:

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
  • Your order will appear in My Orders (if logged in)
  • The system begins processing your creation

The confirmation email includes your order number, item details, and expected timeline.

4. Order Processing

Aurorador processes online orders in several stages.

4.1 Verification

The system verifies:

  • Payment authorization
  • Customization files
  • Order completeness

If additional information is required, we will contact you.

4.2 Production

Your creation enters production. Depending on the medium, this may include:

  • Crafting
  • Printing
  • Engraving
  • Digital rendering
  • Quality inspection

4.3 Packaging

Once completed, your item is:

  • Quality‑checked
  • Securely packaged
  • Prepared for shipment

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipment notification

When your order ships, you will receive:

  • A Shipping Confirmation Email
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your shipment in My Orders.

5.2 Delivery

Your package will be delivered to the address you provided. If a signature is required, the courier will notify you in advance.

6. Order Completion

An order is considered Completed when:

  • The item has been delivered
  • No further action is required
  • The return/refund window (if applicable) begins

At this stage:

  • Your order status updates to Completed
  • Reward points are added to your membership account
  • You may leave feedback or reorder the same item

7. Earning Points from Online Orders

Every completed online order earns points based on the order amount.

Points benefits

  • Points accumulate automatically
  • Points contribute to your membership tier
  • Higher tiers unlock greater discounts
  • Top‑tier members (10,000+ points) receive up to 20% off future orders

8. Managing Your Online Orders

In your My Orders page, you can:

  • View order details
  • Track shipments
  • Download invoices
  • Reorder items
  • Request returns or refunds (if applicable)
  • View earned points

This page becomes your personal archive of all your Aurorador creations.
