4. Intellectual Property of Customized Creations

Customized Works may combine:

  • Customer Content
  • Aurorador’s proprietary design elements
  • Aurorador’s templates, tools, and workflows
  • Aurorador’s production processes

The resulting work is a hybrid creation.

Customer Rights

Customers own:

  • Their original Customer Content
  • The physical or digital copy of the Customized Work delivered to them

Aurorador Rights

Aurorador retains:

  • Copyright to all proprietary design elements
  • Rights to templates, tools, and workflows
  • Rights to prevent unauthorized reproduction or commercial use

Customers may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute Aurorador’s proprietary designs
